*For Sunday Delivery, order must be submitted on Saturday by 12noon
Orders for same day delivery must be submitted by 3:30 pm from Monday to Friday, after which the delivery will be on the next day. For Saturday and Sunday delivery must be submitted by 12 noon on Saturday. Please note that not all products listed on our website are for same-day-delivery.
We provide FREE delivery during office hours on Monday to Friday (refer to the product calendar in the website). Due to traffic conditions (e.g. high traffic, traffic accidents, flooding, roadblocks, etc) and circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may sometimes be delayed despite our best attempts to be punctual.
Customers are responsible to provide correct, complete, valid delivery address. A valid delivery address comprises of a house no. + street name + Unit number or company name (if applicable) and postal code.
Wonderful Flora shall not be liable for floral arrangements and products delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, no refunds will be provided.
Wonderful Flora is not responsible for any failed deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. The sender to ensure that the recipient (or someone who is able to receive the item on behalf) will be at the location during the specified delivery date/time period. Wonderful Flora will only attempt to contact the recipient if we encountered problems locating the recipient. Wonderful Flora will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date and time. If the recipient is not available upon delivery, we will hand the gift to whoever that is able to receive on recipient’s behalf. If there is nobody to receive the gift upon delivery, we will attempt to leave the gift at the front door. In the event, the gift cannot be left at the front door, we will return the gift back to our shop. Additional delivery charges will apply for all re-delivery or re-location attempt. Alternatively, the recipient may collect the gift at our shop. We will keep any undelivered gifts or flowers for a maximum of 2 days from the date of delivery before we discard them.
There will be re-delivery or re-location charge of $15 to $25 depending on the next available date and time.
There will be delivery fee of S$10 for weekday from 5pm to 10pm and weekend from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
There will be an additional SGD15 surcharge for delivery to Sentosa Island, Airport, Marina Bay Sand & Tuas.
Delivery to offices will be directed to the designated office reception. As most offices do not allow delivery personnel to send gifts/flowers directly to the recipient inside the office as such delivery will be strictly to the receptionist or the office’s designated collection point or mail room.
Should there be a need for the item to arrive by a specific time (e.g. 3 pm to 5 pm), there is a surcharge of S$30. Please note that for same-day special delivery timing is on a case by case basis. Please call our hotline at (65) 62240082 to enquire. Please note that we do not deliver on-the-dot timing (e.g. 4 pm sharp) neither do we deliver on a specific narrow time (e.g. 4 pm to 5 pm).
We provide URGENT same-day delivery on a case by case basis and an urgent delivery fee of S$30 will apply. For urgent delivery, please call our hotline at (65) 62240082 before making your purchase online.
Valentine's Day Delivery:
During the Valentine’s Day, we are conducting deliveries in bulk, as such; we will deliver the flowers/items directly to the recipient's address. We will not contact the recipient unless we have difficulties locating the recipient's address. If the address is an office, we will deliver directly to the reception. If it's residential, we will deliver to the recipient or whoever is available to receive on behalf. If there is nobody to receive the flowers, we will leave the flowers/items at the front door.
